1. Introduction

This license agreement is a legal contract between the user and LoopHome Developers regarding the use of the LoopHome operating system. By downloading, using or accessing our services, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions of our services.

2. License Grant

LoopHome Developers grants you a limited license to use this version of the system. You may not sublicense or resell the system without the prior written consent of LoopHome Developers.

3. Technical Support

LoopHome releases are entitled to technical support for new enhancements and security updates for 365 days (one year) from the release date.

4. Age of use

This product is intended for use by persons over 13 years of age. Minors under 13 years of age must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians before using the LoopHome operating system.

5. License Restrictions

▪ You are PROHIBITED from participating in the following activities:

▪ The copy towards our product.
▪ Modifications to our product.
▪ Distribute or reproduce our product in an unauthorized manner.
▪ Violate any applicable law or regulation.
▪ Reverse engineer our products, including LoopStore, with the intention of creating a similar product.
▪ Create software without the prior written consent of LoopHome Developers.
▪ Use the product for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
▪ Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code.
